Wendy L. Wolski MS, CPC, CGL Creator of PopLeadership, Founder and CEO of Caerus Development, LLC There are lessons to be learned all around us. We are constantly bombarded
with images, messages, stories and trends that have something to offer us if we are paying attention....Why not use these
for inspiration and to help us identify patterns in our own lives? These serve as examples of what is possible, desirable,
on the cutting edge - and many help us see what we don't want. PopLeadership, and the idea
to use this inspiration as a vehicle in personal development, took root when Wendy was fine-tuning the direction for her consulting
company, Caerus Development. When everything clicked into place, PopLeadership was born. PopLeadership allows Wendy to work
dynamically and uniquely with each client, joining these ideas and inspiring others to effective action through coaching and
training. Her diverse experiences and eclectic taste allows her the perspicacity to draw upon the right touchpoints for each
client. Throughout her career, Wendy has taken a unique and relatable approach to personal
development. Through her 25 years in the YMCA, her unique and engaging programs have inspired others. Her dream of working
directly with clients through coaching and training was finally realized when she started her consulting company, Caerus Development
LLC in 2009. She has worked with varied and diverse groups from pre-schoolers to seniors, teens to board members, and
staff to community leaders. Throughout Wendy's experience, her perceptive and approachable nature have helped her to be successful
in a multitude of roles from swim instructor to trainer, mentor to vice president, youth worker to leadership coach. Her qualifications include a MS in Leadership from Springfield College and her BA from Syracuse University. Wendy
is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Group Leader (CGL) and certified through the Gallup Organization as a Strengths-Based
Performance Coach. Coaching specialties include Strengths Coaching, Life/Leadership, Group Coaching, Style & Image
and NLP. She has also qualified to work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has received advanced training
in conflict management from Killmann Diagnostics to use the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Indicator (TKI). Other areas
of certification include Training Others, Asset-building, Teambuilding, Problem Solving, Program Planning, Active Listening,
Conflict Management & Resolution and Supervision. Based in the greater NYC area,
